Conference fees

The registration fees includes :

- 3 days accomodations in a single room (3 nights) from tuesday 21th to friday 24th noon (except for external)

            We manage room reservations. You don't have to take care of it.

- Access to the conference center

- Coffee breaks during the conference

- Tuesday dinner & Wednesday Poster Party

- Wednesday, Thursday & Friday breakfast and lunch

Optionnal fees :

- Social program:

          - 100 € per person (dinner cruise on board the restaurant boat)

- Accompanying person fees (only for a partner or child or parent):

           - 50 € per person (double room supplement + 3 breakfasts)

           - 150 € per personn (double room supplement + Tuesday dinner + Wednesday, Thursday and Friday breakfast and lunch)

Cancellation terms:

          - 50% refund if the request is made before May 1^st, 2024

          - No refund after May 1^st, 2024
