ABSTRACT GUIDELINES

Abstract, describing the main features of the contribution, has to be submitted starting from Octobre 2, 2023, and before January 19, 2024.

  • Format instructions:
    • The template for preparation of the abstract is available in .doc or latex;
    • The maximum length of the abstract is one page;
    • The name of the presenting author has to be underlined. This is necessary also in case of only one author;
    • References have to be added following strictly the template rules;
    • Authors are asked to send their contributions in .pdf format. Other formats will not be accepted;
    • The name of the pdf file should be: “c-puyol.pdf”, where C. Puyol is the corresponding author.
  • Acknowledgement of receipt: The receipt of an abstract will be acknowledged automatically via email.
  • Author notification: Acceptance/rejection letters for the abstracts will be sent according to the scheduling.
  • Final Acceptance: Scheduling of a contribution for oral presentation at the Conference is conditional upon the acceptance of the abstract and the payment of the presenting author's registration fee before the payment deadline.
  • General rules: The corresponding author should be the presenting author whenever possible. Only one presentation per registration is allowed.

 

ABSTRACT UPLOAD

  • First you need to register and have a login and password.
  • Abstract submission: To perform the submission you have to login to the site using your login and password. If you are not registered, then you have to creat an account first. This does not oblige the contributors to pay any fees until their one-page abstracts are accepted.
  • Modifications of a submission: To make any change to a submitted contribution you have to login and reload the file
